What is a good gift for someone who just had open heart surgery?
A very special person to me just had to have open heart surgery. She was my teacher a few years ago where my mom works and she has been almost like a second mother to me. She has done so much for me and I am thinking about getting her a gift. I got her a card but I am thinking I might want to get her something else. What should I get her? I really don't want to get her chocolate, flowers, ballons, because she will probably get these things from everyone. At the same time I don't want it to be really extravagant. Just a meaningful little present to let her know I am thinking of her. Chat, that is SO not an option.
