Had weight loss surgery and regained weight?

I had weight loss surgery back in 2000. I lossed a lot of weight but I have regained the weight back the last 3 years. I feel like a complete failure and I don't blame anyone but myself. Has anyone experienced this or know someone else who has? I just wanted see if there are others who have gone through this.

  1. You still have to diet a little surgery or not.At less watch what you eat
  2. Yes, it's quite common. I know you feel lousy about it and you should. But what's done is done. Get back on a diet, and lose that weight the natural way!! No goodies. Just fruits and veggies, lean meat, chicken , and fish. That's your punishment! Drink lots of water to flush out that ugly fat. God luck! :)
  3. That's why I did my research and chose NOT to have the surgery. I have lost 98 pounds in 8 months just eating healthier, eating 6 very small meals a day (4-6oz), and drinking 3 cups of water at breakfast, and lunch and dinner BEFORE eating. Try it...you'll be amazed. Also, I do exercise. I walk almost every day.
