Exercise for bad feet?
I try to do cardio 4-5 times a week, however, I have really bad feet. I have extremely flat feet, and really bad toes. I have had multiple corrective surgeries on my feet but I still have a lot of pain. Are there any effective low impact cardio that I can do that does not cause too much stress on my feet??

- Hi Julie, I have heel spurs as well and it stopped me from my walking routine as well. If you're having more pain in your foot, I would suggest going to back to your foot doctor to suggest orthotics. I, too have severely flat feet that have given me agony but the orthotics my doctor suggested hurt more than the heel spurs. I would suggest maybe water aerobics or maybe trampoline exercising. Let me know how it goes. Good luck!! Heather
- Swimming is the most obvious thought. It has no impact on the feet. Biking may be an option and is definitely better on the feet than running. Even walking is better on the feet than running. Elliptical machines are pretty low impact as well.
- Swimming is great cardio that wouldn't hurt your feet. I know what you mean, I have very flat feet and painful bunions (big toe joints), and they hurt like heck when I do yoga, but I love yoga, so I deal with it...lol
