finding a good foot doctor in michigan?
My son has been told by several doctors that he needs surgery for this extreme flat feet. Every doctors said that he will not be able to walk by the time he is 40 yrs old (he's now 22). How do we go about finding the best doctor available?

I know of a wonderful doctor who goes through providence hospital His name is Szczepanski, Jeffrey A, DPM I had a broken foot an went a year without seeing him going from different doctors but the minute i found his office i was in heaven you never wait for anything at all. I was in there told me that i need surgery to correct the problem and was told when it would be and then what it would would be involved in the whole processs as well as after surgery was give his home phone as well as his cell phone to call him if there was any problems and though my surgery was on a Friday morning he called me both Saturday and Sunday to make sure that i was still doing ok even though it is almost 4 years post surgery He still checks up on me to make sure things are going ok I would recommend him to everyone and have even sent my little sis there when she broke her foot about a year ago hope this helps www.michiganpodiatry.com
