Is there anyway i can fix flat feet myself?
Ive bin told by a doctor that i have flat feet. and i was wondering if there is anyway i can fix my flat feet with out surgery. my feet don't cause me pain or anything i just really like the look of feet with arches. but its not really a big deal i guess.

- You can get support inserts at the drug store for 14 dollars. You can orthotics made for about 2 - 3 hundred dollars. I wear running and walking shoes for "overpronation" which seems to help. You don't need surgery. You can just compensate for the problem with inserts and shoes made for overpronation.
