  1. if its going to make you feel better then go for it. lack of confidence stops us from doing so much in life, a little helping hand should not be refused.
  2. Have the tummy tuck. It is not a dangerous procedure as such, although any surgical procedure comes with some risk. It will make you feel better about yourself. I have several friends who had it done, two because they had gastric bypass surgery, and after they lost the excess weight they had this big flap of skin sagging down to their mid thighs. They went to a plastic surgeon recommended by the bariatric surgeon, and are so pleased they no longer have this big bag of skin hanging there. The others are from multiple pregnancies, and they wanted to have a better looking figure so they wouldn't have to hide it when they had sex. They are equally pleased with the results. So, go for it.
  3. I never believed in cosmetic surgery until last night. A friend that I hadn't seen for two years is asleep in my spare bed-room. I heard that she had had some of her stomach operated on a couple of years ago but it didn't work properly and a few months ago she had her stomach cut and stapled, started swimming and exercising, went shopping today and paraded around in what she had bought .... strapless lace top and long black skirt. She weighted 38 stone a couple of years ago and now .... wow .... couldn't believe it is her. She looks absolutely fantastic ... even had brest reduction. She now weighs just over 16 stone. Yep .... definitely go for it.
  4. my biggest problem is my tummy i hate it (kids were def worth it tho) it looks like the map of England lol, anyway i'd say if you had the means to get it done then do it don't suffer no more when you could be feeling beautiful again. I'm on my own wit my 4 so mine's a long way off, find urself a reputable surgeon with references from past clients who are satisfied. I had twins which didn't help whilst carryin them my muscles collapsed too so you can imagine it looks a right mess. I'm 32 but i get told all the time i look 25, so having a body that looks about 80 is not the one. Do it girl. If i had the chance to do it i wouldn't think twice.
  5. Are you saying that your stomach is flabby or just too big, as in extra weight. If you have lots of rools of fat on your stomach, then do some sit ups which will help to tone up that area. If its flabby skin then i think you need to have surgery.
  6. If it makes you feel better and you are aware and accepting of any risks then go for it. Good surgery can transform people, both physically and emotionally. Your body, your life, don't let anyone influence you to do what's right for them instead of you what ever decision you make. Best wishes and please make sure if you go for surgery you have a good surgeon that is very experienced in the procedure you are having. It's mine field with cosmetic procedures.
