four days after liposuction and it looks horrible? I had tumescent liposuction on the "saddlebags" of my outer thighs. The day after surgery, I noticed the results! The saddlebags were gone, although the area was bruised and lumpy looking. Now, after four days, my thighs look almost as big as they were before. If I hadn't seen the 850 cc's of fat with my own eyes, I would swear nothing had been removed. What is going on? Is it just swollen? Is it going to shrink again? Is there anything I should be doing to encourage the swelling to go down?
