I have recently had surgery (10 days ago) - implants under the muscle - I was told I could take off the strap around my body 10 days after which I did and after a few hours the implants inside seem to be rising up! Breast enlargement on the NHS?? I was just wondering how easy it is no get a breast enlargement on the NHS?? Before i get accused of using the NHS to feed my vanity i would like to point out im completely 100% flat chested, im not looking for bigger boobs, i just want some boobs. If you get breast enlargement by translplanting your own fat into the breasts instead of silicon or saline implants, will the fat only make your breasts larger or will they make them stand up like the saline implants would? My breasts are C cup but they sag horribly because I developed them quickly (I've had them since elementary school and now I'm 15). I went to have a consultation few months back at harley medical group, (breast enlargement) it was a nurse i went to see in the Chester clinic, however i found her VERY pushy - even to the extent of her trying to book me in the very next week! i didnt like the fact that she was so pushy that i didnt go back there.
